These courses are designed to equip individuals from the food industry, government, academe, and DA stakeholders with the latest standards and practices in food manufacturing to ensure compliance to relevant food safety laws and regulations.

21–24 September – Establishment of Thermal Processes for Canned Foods
28–29 October – Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO) for Plant and Plant Products – Batch 1
25–26 November – Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO) for Plant and Plant Products – Batch 2
