Training Course on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan Development and Implementation

  • September 1-3, 2026
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Food Development Center, Corner Radian Avenue and ARCA Blvd., ARCA South, Taguig City

✅ Course Objective:
To be able to familiarize the guidelines for the application of HACCP system. Specifically,

  • To understand the Principles and Steps in Establishing a HACCP system;
  • To demonstrate knowledge in developing a HACCP Plan for the production and processing of foods.

  • Introduction to HACCP
  • Prerequisite Programs
  • The Seven (7) HACCP Principles
  • The Twelve (12) Steps in Developing a HACCP Plan
  • Practical Activity: Accomplishment of HACCP Plan Documents
  • Presentation of Developed HACCP Plan

💵 Course Fee: PHP 9,900.00 (inclusive of manual, lunch, and snacks)
