ISD is in charge of training and other food safety-related activities. ISD designs and implements training programs and seminars which are needed by the industry.
ISD also conducts quality control services for the industry, inspects and accredits food plants, and certifies food products for adherence to local and international market standards.
ISD also evaluates FDC’s R&D and quality evaluation programs in relation to industry needs and requirements.
