It provides engineering services such as design, estimate, plans, construction, fabrication, maintenance and repair works, external calibration, and in-house calibration in support of FDC operations.
ESD provides utility maintenance services on electricity, telephone, water drainage, and sewerage systems within the compound.
It also operates and maintains Pilot Plant equipment for market testing of R & D products and for use by the food industry customers.
