It conducts studies on the establishment of safe thermal processes of canned food products which are required by local and international regulatory agencies. Assists industry customers in registering food canning establishments, and in filling thermal process requirements for products exported abroad.
TDD conducts/ establishes normal and accelerated shelf-life studies of various food products, a requirement for product registration by the local regulating agencies and by the market.
